This site is going to provide a full review of ARVIDA, one of the nation's least customer satifaction oriented home construction builders. Arvida is a St. Joe Company that builds manufactured residential communities in Florida. Arvida claims to "provide an array of amenities, services and programs that address the needs of all their residents". Arvida also claims to "have created positive, lifelong relationships with many of their customers by asking for their input, listening carefully and responding to their requests" but that is definitely not true of Arvida's relationship with customers today.
If you are considering home construction with Arvida before this site has completed it's review, please reconsider another "master-planned community" or a custom home builder.
